Precinct 75 Redevelopment

Precinct 75, has new owners – Home. Home bought the site in November 2020 and, together with a team of well-regarded consultants including COX Architecture, is working to enhance and reimagine the precinct.

Taking into consideration the community feedback received between March and July 2021, Home finalised and lodged its plans for redevelopment with Inner West Council in August 2021.

Council is currently publicly exhibiting the plans for a period of 30 days through to 14 October 2021 (Early Works) and 21 October 2021 (Main Works), providing the community with an opportunity to make a formal submission in response to the proposal. The assessment and approvals process could take several months.

Home intends to keep the community updated as the project progresses via the existing communication channels, including this webpage, the below 1800 line and project email address and community newsletters. The Community Reference Group will continue to meet for project updates and feedback on a six-monthly (or as needed) basis.
